J.B. was charged with discharging a firearm in city limits and 4 counts of disorderly conduct with a gun.  All charges were domestic violence related.  After hiring Castillo Law, Castillo Law submitted mitigation on behalf of J.B. and negotiated a plea to standard probation, an undesignated felony and permission for J.B. to return home and have contact with his family.  At sentencing, J.B. received no jail and was allowed to remain at home with two and a half years of probation.
