Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Mr. E.T. Mr. E.T. was charged with Child Sex Trafficking, a Class 2 Felony, Attempted Sexual Conduct with a Minor, a Class 3 Felony, and Money Laundering, a Class 3 Felony. Mr. E. T. was facing significant prison time if convicted at trial. After much negotiation and mitigation conducted by Ms. Castillo, Mr. E.T. received a plea offer of probation with differed jail time and discretionary registration. At sentencing, Mr. E.T. was placed on probation and a review hearing was set out one year to determine if registration is appropriate.  Mr. E.T. was also able to re-unite with his family.
