Description: Country Meadows Justice Court: State v. Ms. R. C.  Ms. R.C. hired Castillo Law to represent her when she was accused of an alleged theft.  After reviewing the initial police report, Castillo Law could see that much more evidence was necessary for the State to provide to Castillo Law to show culpability for the offense.  Castillo Law requested the evidence on a number of occasions at which point it became clear that the State would not be able to produce it.  The State thereafter moved to dismiss the case.
