Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Mr. S. H. (CR2022-108179) Mr. S. H. was charged with two counts of Aggravated DUI, Class 4 Felonies.  Mr. S. H. had two prior DUI convictions and was restricted.  The initial offer from the State was for S.H. to plead to a designated felony and to serve 90 days of jail time.  After a deviation was submitted, the State offered a plea to an Endangerment (an undesignated felony) and DUI Combination, with 60 days of jail time.  At sentencing, the Judge allowed S.H. to split up the jail time and sentenced S.H. to two years of supervised probation.
