Description: Chandler Municipal Court: Mr. M. B. retained Castillo Law when he was charged with multiple counts of DUI, including extreme DUI. Through its investigation, Castillo Law discovered a possible issue with the arresting officer’s training credentials that could have derailed the prosecution’s case against Mr. M. B. This was brought to the attention of the assigned prosecutor which resulted in a reduced non-DUI charge.
