Outcome:    Dismissal on both cases 

Description: Scottsdale Municipal Court, State v. Ms. N. Ms. N. retained Castillo Law when she was charged with two separate cases of Shoplifting, both Class 1 Misdemeanors. After conducting a year long investigation and preparing for trial, the City Prosecutor’s Office agreed to dismiss one case and resolve the second case with a Diversion plea offer. Ms. N’s case was dismissed after completion of a Shoplifting Class which prevented Ms. N. from having any Shoplifting conviction on her record.
