Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Ms. K.O.N. (2025). Ms. K.O.N. retained Castillo Law after being charged with Aggravated Assault against a Police Officer, a class five (5) felony. Due to mitigating factors and negotiations conducted by the attorneys, Castillo Law was able to negotiate a Diversion program that ultimately led to the suspension of prosecution to allow Ms. K.O.N. to complete a treatment program to earn a dismissal. The case was ultimately dismissed and Ms. K.O.N. has no criminal convictions whatsoever.
