In an exciting development, many MVD services previously only available in-person, have now moved online! Launched in April of 2020, the Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division online access site now has more than 3 million users. According to ADOT, every Arizonan with a driver’s license, identification card, or a vehicle registered in Arizona has an AZ MVD Now account (To activate your account, go to AZMVDNow.gov and follow the prompts.).
AZ MVD Now allows users to view their vehicle information, to conveniently schedule in-office appointments, and to utilize more than 30 online services, such as registration renewal, change of address, checking emissions requirement, voter registration ordering a duplicate license, and transferring a title. Users can also obtain any of the six available Driver Motor Vehicle Records (MVR). These records can be helpful in checking the status of your driving privilege or seeing how many points are currently on your license.
Castillo Law understands the aggravation of hours wasted at the MVD and are happy to share this information in hopes that it will save our fellow community-members a little time – and a lot of frustration.
If after reviewing this information online, you still need assistance regarding a driver’s license suspension or revocation, please feel free to give Castillo Law a call at 480-206-5204 for a free consultation.
