Description: Scottsdale Municipal Court: State v. Mr. G. J.  Mr. G.J. went to a bar in downtown Scottsdale and was denied entry due to form of identification.  G.J. G.J. then was alleged to have entered without permission.  When bouncers attempted to remove him, G.J. allegedly assaulted one of the bouncers.  J.C. was then charged with Assault, Disorderly Conduct and Trespass, class 1 misdemeanors.  Mr. G.J.’s case was thoroughly investigated and eventually offered a diversion program.  Upon completion of the diversion program, the State thereafter dismissed G.J.’s case.
