Description: Maricopa County, State v. Mr. D.S.  Mr. D.S. was accused of one count of Aggravated Assault, a Class 3 Felony; Assault, a Class 1 Misdemeanor; and Disorderly Conduct, a Class 1 Misdemeanor.  All counts were Domestic Violence offenses.  If convicted at trial Mr. D.S. was facing a permanent felony conviction and prison time.
