Description: Apache Junction Municipal Court: Mr. J.P. was alleged to have committed one count of Assault, after allegedly assaulting his wife. Castillo Law, immediately filed motion to modify release conditions and showed that there had been significant stress in home based on a number of factors, including COVID. The State eventually dismissed the charges. This was the best outcome for Mr. J.P. given his job requirements.
