Description:University Lakes Justice Court: Mr. HS was alleged to have committed one count of Assault, after police were called to a dorm at the ASU campus for an alleged assault. If found guilty Mr. HS may have been required to serve jail time, complete classes, and pay a fine. Mr. Goebel negotiated a diversion program which upon completion will result in a dismissal of all charges.
