Description: Phoenix Municipal Court: Mr. A was alleged to have committed one count of Assault, after allegedly pulling the hair and striking his ex-girlfriend. If found guilty Mr. A may have been required to serve jail time, complete classes, and pay a fine. Castillo Law conducted a thorough investigation and on the day of trial the prosecution dismissed the charges due to the unlikelihood of Mr. A’s conviction.
