Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: Ms. CL was charged with two counts Aggravated Assault, both class five felonies in the Maricopa County Superior Court, after two Mesa Police Officers alleged that she assaulted each of them after she had called 911 for help with a dispute with a friend. The police refused to help Ms. CL and claimed she pushed one Officer and spit on another. Mr. Goebel represented Ms. CL at her felony jury trial. Candace was acquitted on all charges. The jury deliberated for less than 20 minutes.
