VISITOR RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR REMOTE VIDEO VISITATION

1. ALL NON-PRIVILEGED VIDEO VISITS ARE SUBJECT TO MONITORING AND RECORDING BY THE MARICOPA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE.
2. OBJECTS IN YOUR RESIDENCE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FURNITURE, PHOTOGRAPHS, OR OTHER PERSONAL ITEMS, MAY BE CLEARLY VISIBLE BEHIND YOU DURING YOUR VISIT.
3. The duration of each regular visit is 20 minutes.
4. Inmates may receive unlimited remote visits.
5. Remote visits are based upon time-slot availability.
6. Nudity, loud talking, displaying of gang hand signs, excessive displays of emotion, or any other type of disruptive behavior will not be permitted. VIOLATION OF THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF THE VISIT AND COULD LEAD TO YOU BEING BARRED FROM FURTHER VISITATION.
7. Use of cell phones or other electronic devices during non-legal visits is prohibited.
8. Dress code while onscreen during a remote visit will be strictly enforced, which includes, but may not be limited to:
   1. No See-Through Clothing.
   2. No Swimming Attire.
   4. No Tube Tops, Tank Tops, or Halter Tops.
   5. No bare midriff.
   6. No bare feet.
   7. No visible gang-related tattoos.
   8. No clothing which identifies a specific gang by name or logo.
   9. No clothing which is above mid-thigh, including skirts, shorts, or dresses.
