Description: State v. M. Desert Ridge Justice Court (JC2013-423790) M was with a group of friends at a fast food restaurant. Restaurant had closed seating in the lobby but the drive through was still open. Through a window, M was alleged to have been seen urinating. Officers who were sitting in restaurant, immediately cited M for public urination. After a deviation was written explaining the State’s weaknesses, M. was offered trespass.
