Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v Mr. S.C. Mr. S.C was charged with two counts of Drive By Shooting, two counts of Aggravated Assault, and one count of Disorderly Conduct. If convicted, Mr. S.C. was facing mandatory prison time up to potential decades in prison.  Through negotiation and mitigation efforts, the attorneys at Castillo Law were able to negotiate a deviated plea offer to one count of Drive By Shooting and one count of Aggravated Assault and persuaded the Sentencing Judge to impose the mitigated sentence of two years in the Department of Corrections and 3 years of standard supervised probation.
