Description: Coconino County: State v. Mr. E.S. (2025). Mr. E.S. was being considered for criminal charging by Coconino County Adult Court with Criminal Damage-Deface in the amount of $10,000 or More. Through negotiations and communication with County Attorney Prosecutors from the Juvenile and Adult divisions, the attorneys of Castillo Law were able to construct a deal ,along with the codefendants and codefendants’ attorneys. Through this deal, the charges against Mr. E.S. were to be declined to be filed based on the agreement that the State would not file any criminal charges so long as the requested restitution for the victim was paid. Under the guidance of defense counsel, Mr. E.S. and his family paid the restitution resulting in the County Attorney’s office declining to file any criminal charges against him.
