Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Mr. E.M. (2025). Mr. E.M. was charged with two counts of Aggravated Driving Under the Influence, a class 4 felony. Mr. E.M. was facing a minimum of four (4) months in prison. Mr. E.M. retained Castillo Law to help resolve this case.
