M.W. pled guilty to Voyeurism, a class six undesignated felony, and was facing the imposition of a potential sex offender registration lifetime requirement as requested by the prosecutor’s office and the probation department.

After motion filings and oral argument, Castillo Law persuaded the court not to impose a sex offender registration requirement.
