D.B. was charged with one count of Possession of Dangerous Drugs, a class 4 felony, one count of Possession of Narcotics Drugs, a class 4 felony, and one count of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class 6 felony.  

After discovering that evidence was illegally obtained upon reviewing body camera footage, Castillo Law filed and argued a Motion to Suppress all evidence in the case. The Motion was granted by the court and Castillo Law obtained a dismissal WITH prejudice of all charges, over the prosecutor’s objection.
