Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Mr. M.R. Mr. M.R. was
charged with Child Sex Trafficking, a class 2 felony and Sex Conduct with a
Minor, a class 6 felony. Mr. M.R. was facing a possible prison sentence,
lifetime probation, and sex offender registration. After hiring Castillo Law, and
after a thorough review of the discovery, Ms. Castillo identified a legal issue
and filed motions to support a dismissal. Shortly before the parties argued the
motions, the state agreed to dismiss all charges. Mr. M.R. is now able to re-
unite with his family, reengage with the community without the encumbrances
of probation, and continue to pursue his profession.
