Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Mr. E. G.
(CR2021-134042-001) Mr. E. G. was charged with two counts of Aggravated DUI, Class 4 Felonies.  Mr. E. G. had a prior DUI conviction and had a suspended license at the time of this offense.  The initial offer from the State was for Mr. E.G. to plead to a class 4 felony and to serve 4 months in prison with subsequent supervised probation.  After a deviation was submitted by Castillo Law Attorney Dames, the State offered a plea to an Endangerment (an undesignated felony with eligibility to earn a misdemeanor) and DUI Misdemeanor Combination, with 30 days of jail time and two years of probation.
