rogerFingerprint Clearance Card, Case Successes

State v. Mr. J. P. (2022)

Practice Area: Civil Good Cause Exception

Date: November 10, 2022

Outcome: GCE Application Granted

Description: Mr. J. P. retained Castillo Law to prepare and submit his GCE Application after he was denied a Fingerprint Clearance Card. Because Mr. J. P.’s record was quite old, it was challenging to obtain necessary records for the application needed to present a better record to the deciding Board. The application was submitted and the Arizona Board of Fingerprinting approved it and Mr. J. P. received his clearance card.
