Description:

Maricopa County Superior Court: Ms. M.C. was alleged to have been in possession of a useable amount of marijuana and a pipe after a traffic stop. Ms. M.C. was also alleged to have been in possession of fentanyl pills on a separate date of offense.  Ms. M.C. was offered a plea to a class 6 undesignated felony.  Castillo Law submitted a plea modification asking for a diversion program to allow Ms. M.C. to earn a dismissal on the charges.  The State agreed and also agreed not to file charges on the new case.
