Description: Mesa Municipal Court: State v. Mr. B. S.

BS retained Castillo Law when he was charged with three domestic violence charges.  The case was sensitive due to B.S. employment.  During Castillo Law’s investigation, it was learned that the evidence against B.S. was very weak.  The decision was made to set the case to trial.  On the day of trial, the State was not prepared to proceed and the case was dismissed.
