Description: Yavapai County Superior Court, State v. Mr. B. P. (P1300CR202100081).  B. P. was sentenced to three years of probation for a failure to register offense in May of 2021. B.P. hired Castillo Law to terminate his probation.  Castillo Law was able to show that B.P. had incurred no violations, completed treatment, and paid all of his financial obligations at the time of filing.  As a result, the Court terminated his probation after he completed fifty-percent of his probation grant.
