Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Mr. J. T.  Mr. J. T. was charged with two counts of Aggravated DUI, Class 4 Felonies.  Mr. J. T. had two prior DUI convictions and was restricted.  After a deviation was submitted, the State offered a plea to an Endangerment and DUI Combination, resulting in Mr. J.T. only serving one day of jail and two years of unsupervised probation.
