Description: Mohave County Superior Court: State v. Mr. G. C-G. Mr. G. C-G. was charged with one count of Transportation of Narcotic Drugs for Sale, a class 2 felony. The initial plea offer was no agreements but if prison, no more than 5 years. After a deviation was submitted, Mr. G. C-G. received a plea offer to no agreements with a cap of 2.5 years. At sentencing, Mr. G. C-G. received probation with 300 days jail. Probation to be terminated at the completion of his jail time.
