Charges: Three Counts of Sexual Assault, Class 2 Felonies.

Outcome: Reduced to 15-years-probation

Description:

Maricopa County Superior Court: JDL was charged with three counts of sexual assault, class 2 felonies. After much negotiation, JDL was extended a probation offer.  At sentencing, JDL was given 15 years of probation in this case and not required to register.
