Outcome: NO PRISON TIME for probation violation for one count of Attempt to Commit Molestation of a Child, a class 3 felony and Dangerous Crime Against Children

Description: Maricopa County, State v. Mr. G.  Mr. G. was facing probation violation proceedings for multiple violations and also committed a new probation violation while in the midst of the probation violation proceedings. His probation team recommended that his probation be revoked and that he be committed to the Arizona Department of Corrections for the presumptive term of ten (10) years in prison.

At Disposition, Defense counsel provided mitigation and substantive medical records. As a result, the Judge did not revoke Mr. G’s probation or sentence him to prison. Instead, the Judge reinstated Mr. G to probation with a minimal jail term.
