Description: Maricopa County Superior Court, State v. Ms. M.C.  Ms. M.C. was charged with Possession of Narcotic Drugs, a class 4 felony, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class 6 felony, for allegedly being found in possession of a small usable amount of fentanyl and a glass jar.
