State v. Mr. C. C. (2022)

Practice Area: Criminal Law/ Probation Violation

Date: January 19, 2022

Outcome: Reinstated to Probation

Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: State v. Mr. C.C. was alleged to have violated the terms of his probation on three separate cases.  As with most felony probation violations, a person risks being sentenced to prison and/or to some additional jail time.  After gathering mitigation and information showing that C.C. had substantially complied with his probation terms, Castillo Law successfully argued to have Mr. C.C. reinstated to probation with no jail time.

Results depend upon factors unique to each case. Results in one case do not predict results in another case.
