Description: Tempe Municipal Court: R. R. retained Castillo Law to represent him when he was charged with two counts of DUI. Castillo Law was able to convince the prosecution that the chemical test result of R.R.’s blood sample was at a level where the State may not be able to prove its case beyond reasonable doubt. State agreed and reduced charge.
