Description: Phoenix Municipal Court: T.B. hired Castillo Law to represent him in a case where he was charged with misdemeanor D.V. Assault and Criminal Damage. In reviewing the evidence and conducting their investigation, Castillo Law discovered weaknesses in the State’s case. The matter was set for trial. Prior to trial commencing, the State moved to dismiss all charges.
