In a road rage incident, Mr. N. punched a bus driver on the left side of his face. Castillo Law was able to negotiate with the prosecutor to allow him to engage in the City of Phoenix Positive Alternatives Diversion (Anger Management) Program. Successful completion of this program leads to a dismissal of the charge.
