Description: Phoenix Municipal Court, State of Arizona v. L.D.; L.D. retained Castillo Law when he was arrested and charged with DUI and Extreme DUI. Since no law enforcement officer saw LD operating his vehicle, the case came down to the issue of whether LD has exerted actual physical control over his vehicle. After pointing out the deficiencies in the State’s case, the prosecution dismissed all charges.
