Outcome:    Judgment of Guilt Set Aside 

Description: Glendale Municipal Court, State v. Ms. M. Ms. M. entered a guilty plea to Shoplifting, a Class 1 Misdemeanor in February 2019. The Court informed Ms. M. that she would need to wait one year for consideration of an Application to Set Aside. However, an application was filed, the State objected, and the Court set a hearing on the matter. Castillo Law attorneys argued for the set aside and the Judge ultimately granted the request in April 2019.
