Description: Maricopa County, State v. Mr. G.  Mr. G. was charged with one count of Child Abuse, a Class 4 Felony and Domestic Violence offense. Mr. G. was accused of neglecting his young child. The State’s offer was for Mr. G. to plead to a Class 6 Undesignated Felony with 10 years of supervised probation.
