Description: Scottsdale Municipal Court: Ms. B was alleged to have committed Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, after marijuana and marijuana pipes were found inside her car by a member of the Scottsdale Police Department. Should Ms. B have been convicted she would have had to complete classes, and pay a fine. Mr. Goebel negotiated a diversion program which upon completion of drug classes will result in a dismissal of all charges.
