Description: CH came to Castillo Law for assistance in defending an Order of Protection that his ex-girlfriend, SK, obtained against him. This Order prohibited CH from going to or near certain locations associated with SK. After the hearing, the Judge did find that good cause did exist to continue the Order of Protection against CH but agreed to modify the Order to limit the protected locations to only the residence of SK and to allow online gaming which the parties previously engaged in.
