Description: Glendale Municipal Court: LM was alleged to have committed Assault, after being involved in an altercation with a former disgruntled boyfriend. If found guilty, LM could have faced jail time, complete domestic violence classes, and pay fines. LM also faced losing her job in the medical field. LM maintained her innocence throughout the pretrial litigation of her case. At trial, Mr. Cronin argued a lack of evidence and corroborating evidence. LM was found not guilty after trial.
