Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: SW was alleged to have committed three counts of Burglary in the Third Degree, all class three felonies, after an altercation at a Walmart involving prescription medication. If found guilty, SW would have been required to serve multiple years in the Department of Corrections. Ms. Castillo argued that, due to SW being a minor at the time of the offense, he should be given leniency by the State. Ms., Castillo secured a two year probation plea offer, and SW did not have to serve any time in custody.
