Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: JO was alleged to have committed four counts of Luring a Minor for Sexual Exploitation, all class three (3) felonies, after meeting an undercover officer posing as an underaged minor on Tagged. If found guilty, JO was exposed to many years in prison. After much negotiation, Ms. Castillo secured a plea to Solicitation to Commit Child Abuse, a class six (6) felony. JO was required to serve six (6) months in jail with work furlough and 10 years of probation. This allowed JO to keep working.
