Description: Maricopa County Superior Court: Mr. D. came to Castillo Law because, he wanted to have his three prior felony convictions, one for Theft, a class six (6) felony; one for Attempt to Commit Trafficking in Stolen Property, a class four (4) felony; and one for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, a class six (6) felony, set aside and to apply for the reinstatement of his civil rights including his right to bear arms. Ms. Castillo was able to have his matter set aside and have all of his civil rights restored. Mr. D. is now able to further his employment options and financially support himself and his family as well as vote, serve on juries, and carry firearms for home protection.
