Description: Description: Maricopa County Superior Court JC was charged with Possessing for Sale Narcotic Drugs, Money Laundering and Tampering with Evidence while on Probation for an unrelated felony offense. An initial offer was extended of 5 years in DOC. JC was released despite being on probation and picked up a subsequent charge for Possession, Unlawful Flight and Tampering with Physical Evidence. After much negotiation, and being extended a favorable offer, JC received 2.5 years in prison.
