Description: Description: Maricopa County Superior Court (CR2014-000946) MS was charged with Aggravated Robbery with one open pending felony offense. The State alleged MS along with two accomplices assaulted another individual to deprive individual of his possessions. After filing a motion for remand creating doubt regarding the identity of MS, a probation plea was extended to MS. At sentencing, MS received a 30 day deferred jail sentence.
