Description: Peoria Municipal Court: Paramedic, Mr. MB, was charged with Super-Extreme DUI, after his car was stopped by a Peoria Police Officer who conducted a DUI investigation on him. MB’s blood alcohol content was a reported .215. Mr. Goebel filed a Motion to Dismiss the case and argued at an evidentiary hearing that the police officer did not have the proper reasonable suspicion to stop MB’s vehicle. After the evidentiary hearing, the Judge granted the Motion and MB’s charges were dismissed.
