Description: Client was on probation for 3 counts of Attempted Exploitation of a Minor, class 3  DCAC (Dangerous Crimes Against Children) felonies.  SG violated probation for the second time and was facing a lengthy prison sentence.  Through negotiations and an extensive Disposition Memorandum presented to the Court, SG was given 60 days in jail and reinstated to intensive probation.
