Description: Maricopa County Superior Court (CR2013-459032): Pleaded guilty to attempted pandering, a class 6 undesignated felony and received three years probation as a sentence. After previous attorney attempted to obtain an undesignated pandering charge, AM hired Castillo Law. Castillo Law submitted deviation request and outlined a number of mitigating factors. AM was finally offered the undesignated felony/attempted pandering charge to allow for a reduction to a misdemeanor after successful completion of probation.
